General Information/Policies
Please review the following information, and reach out if you have any questions :).
Pick up/Drop off
We currently operate on a by appointment only schedule. This schedule allows for our guests to have the most uninterrupted play time and allows our staff to focus on each pet without distractions. This also allows a very flexible drop off and pick up schedule for you, as we live on premises, the hours and times can be extended and what are otherwise deemed "inconvenient" times can be possible.
Meet and Greets
We don't require a meet and greet for boarding. We will communicate during your pets stay if it is an overly stressful situation, or if your pet is aggressive. In the event of severe anxiety or stress, we may upgrade the kennel type to a quieter and more isolated environment. Your pet will still get to experience the fun side of the barn, but with less noise. In the event of an aggressive pet, don't worry, they can stay, just note that they may be isolated during their stay to keep them, our staff, and our other guests safe. Both of these instances MAY require extra fees. This will depend on how extreme the behavior is.
What to Bring
Please bring their food. We do have food at an additional cost of $2 per meal. However, changing food quickly and frequently can cause upset stomach and diarrhea.
We encourage bringing a clean blanket from home, and/or their bed. We may turn down the use of their bed while here, if we feel it could be a hazard. We do provide beds and blankets while they are here as well, so this is only if they require extra support.
If they have a favorite toy, that is not a hazard, please bring it for them.
Do not bring bowls and leashes.
Vaccinations
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccines. Unvaccinated pets will be turned away. We use veterinarian grade cleaner and disinfectant to clean and mop multiple times daily, however, a pet carrying a virus without our knowledge, can cause spread quickly. Please be proactive in keeping your dog from public dog parks and watering stations a month prior to boarding. This will help cut down the spread of viruses such as Bordetella.
Unaltered Pets
Unaltered pets will not be allowed to participate in group play but at no extra cost to you. If your pet goes into heat while here, we require her to be picked up, and we will still charge for the remainder of the reserved boarding. You are responsible for any damages or injury caused by your pet.
